Although I don't care for Florida personally (cause they beat us), I must say that I'm proud of the

            SEC
        (toughest conference in the country!)

What a shocker!!! Florida was the way better team last night. OSU was outcoached and out played in every aspect of the game.

To come back after the opening kick off return was amazing. The Gators deserve all the credit for beginning the game as underdogs and dominating to become national champions.

...and I was rooting for the Buckeyes!

Hesh, I couldn't live like that.     Reminds me of the last family reunion on my wife's side.

J.J., I've never seen a team wound as tight as Florida last night. I don't think any team could have beat them.

I still liked the Boise State/Oklahoma game. That was good entertainment.

Hesh, this one is 1.3 miles from my house.

So I guess that makes me a little bit better than you now doesn't it.
With the exception of last night's game, I think they all turned out the way I was hoping. Even the ND game (sorry JJ)
I have to say, it was one of the best years for bowl games. Though Boise State should be #1 in the country now.

The school I've lived within a mile of for my entire life is the only
conference team to have beaten boise since they joined the WAC (Fresno
State). You could say they're our rivals. This is why they shouldn't be #1.
. .

They're undefeated because they intentionally book mediocre non-
conference competition to maintain a strong record. In fact, Coach
Peterson is on record this season discussing their scheduling philosophy.
This season, their strength of schedule ranks 100 out of 120 teams. In
fact, the only other team they played this season that even had a a
winning record was Oregon State. Unfortunately. . . (horrible year for my
Bulldogs).

In the last five years, they've only played 8 games against BCS school and
won 3, including the Fiesta Bowl. In that same time, they've only played 4
games against ranked teams, including the Fiesta Bowl. You can't have a
national championship year by trouncing Weber St or Montana.

Now with that said, the Boise/Fresno game's the one I look forward to
most every year AFTER Fresno/Oregon because Boise's obviously good
and the game's bound to be great. We love as much as hate them. We
love watching their offense go to work (as long as ours is, too).
